       •    If a client does not follow pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions, no call / no show, or refuses to adhere to necessary guidelines for safe and effective care.
       3.    Unrealistic Expectations
       •    If a client demonstrates unrealistic expectations regarding treatment outcomes, which cannot reasonably be achieved.
       4.    Behavioral Issues
       •    If a client exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients.
       5.    Legal or Ethical Concerns
       •    If a requested treatment violates state or federal regulations or does not align with our ethical and professional standards.

Client Responsibility
Clients are encouraged to share all relevant health information, follow the provider’s instructions, and communicate openly to ensure the best possible outcome.

Right to Seek Alternate Providers
Clients retain the right to seek services at another provider if treatment is declined. Our team is happy to provide referrals if appropriate.

MEDICAL INFORMATION & CLIENT DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information before receiving services.

Clients must disclose:

5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
6. Previous procedures
7. Relevant health history

CONSULTATIONS & TREATMENT APPROVAL

A consultation may be required before treatment.

During consultation, BABYFACE Beauty Wellness may determine:

3. Whether treatment should be delayed
4. Whether alternative options should be considered
5. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee treatment approval.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

BABYFACE Beauty Wellness reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services when appropriate.

Reasons may include:

3. Failure to disclose relevant medical information
4. Unrealistic expectations

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

Clients agree to:

2. Arrive on time
3. Complete required forms before treatment

Notify BABYFACE Beauty Wellness if changes are needed

Appointment availability is limited, and reserved appointment times cannot always be filled on short notice.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

BABYFACE Beauty Wellness requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

A no-show appointment may result in:

1. A cancellation fee
2. Loss of deposit, if applicable

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT AFTER MISSED APPOINTMENTS

BABYFACE Beauty Wellness values trust and respects our clients’ time.

For some first-time appointments IF APPLICABLE, a credit card may not be requested because we trust clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule, as stated in appointment confirmation text messages and emails.

After a late cancellation or no-show appointment:

1. BABYFACE Beauty Wellness may require credit card information before scheduling future appointments.
2. A card may be charged applicable fees according to these Terms.
3. Future appointments may require payment authorization.

This policy helps protect appointment availability and fairness for all clients.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed.
