About Us

Carlota is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializes in medical aesthetics as well as family practice. She started in the medical field while she was in her sophomore year of high school – specializing heavily in multi-cultural diversity while working with patients from many different backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures. She comes with a medical background ranging the entire gamut from life to death and everywhere in-between. Along the way, she’s received much advice from both the retired & the medical professionals in the height of their career. She’s learned that no matter what demographic & denomination you belong to, or wherever you come from, everyone has one thing in common – first and foremost is to be healthy and happy because we are only here for a limited amount of time, as life is only a brief sparkle. Outside of that, the major key to life in order to achieve these is to connect the whole puzzle of feeling good about yourself from the inside and out. With that said, taking care of your health holistically is paramount, as it can significantly improve your overall health by preventing any future chronic illness, detection of illnesses at an early stage, facilitates a better quality of life, promotes a longer lifespan, and it is the best way to help keep health care cost significantly low.  Overall, this can positively affect your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Carlota also believes that taking care of yourself externally has a major role in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and there is absolutely no reason anybody should ever feel ashamed. Instead, take pride that you took a step out of your comfort zone and went out of your way to take care of yourself by preventing early signs of aging or whatever the case may be since we can’t control our genetic DNA.
